Shabana Shahab

Senior Advisor:-
Shabana Shahab was born in the United Kingdom and went to the University of Westminster where she graduated with Honours in Law, (1996). She practiced in City Law Firms as a UK Business Immigration Expert for over 5 years. Her career in the legal profession allowed her to write articles in a leading Asian Magazines; Eastern Eye between 1998-2003. During this time she became a popular Expert Advisor, recognised for her expertise in UK Immigration under Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 5 applications and expert advice.

She has developed and created the first ever highly successful on line “Employee Management System” in November 2009 for her business clients. This system allows Employers to monitor and comply with the new Boarder Act 2009 requirements, sees the launch of up to date BIA news and employment law advice, with a unique Employee Checking Service first of its kind.

She has advised many individuals on complex UK Immigration issues and has demonstrated her unceasing dedication to the profession and her clients’ needs.

Shabana held the position of Senior Immigration Advisor and Head of Immigration Department Landau Zeffertt Weir Solicitors for seven years from 1997 to 2003.

Shabana can speak fluent English, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, and Hindi. In addition she has worked as an interpreter at the Home Office where her language abilities were tested at many levels and her career as an UK Immigration Legal Advisor began over 15 years ago.

 Jodie Rogerson joined Status Solutions in the summer of 2006 following study at the Canterbury Christchurch University College (Health Care Industry).

Jodie is highly motivated individual who enjoys challenges. Her current skills lie in processing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Sponsorship License Applications whilst Supervised by Shabana Shahab. Jodie is renowned for being highly approachable and sympathetic to individuals needs, she is available to discuss your sponsorship license and compliance requirements.
