This Charter outlines our commitment to providing a quality service to all our clients. It provides information on how you can comment on our services or on the Charter itself. We regularly monitor and annually report on our performance against the standards detailed in our Charter.
Status Solutions UK aims to be professional, accountable and transparent in all dealings with clients. Our relationship with clients is governed by our Regulatory Philosophy and takes account of compliance continuum under the Immigration & Nationality Act 1999.

Our role Status Solutions UK has three principal roles:
To facilitate trade and the movement of people across the UK border while protecting the community and maintaining appropriate compliance with United Kingdom Immigration & Nationality Acts 1999, 2002;
To efficiently administer specific UK Immigration Advice and Information as required under the Immigration & Nationality Acts 1999, 2002;
Offer immigration status solutions to foreign nationals wanting to work and live in the UK

We aim to make information, services and documentation accessible for all clients regardless of disability, language or cultural differences.
We shall give priority to people with specific needs, such as the elderly, infirm or disabled.
Our key service standards
If you write to us or email us We aim to acknowledge your communication within five working days and to respond within 15 working days of receipt of your email or written correspondence.
If we cannot fully answer your query in that time, we will give you an interim response and advise you as to when a final response can be expected.
If you telephone a n Advisor during business hours We will either respond directly to your query or take your details and arrange for the appropriate person to return your call as soon as possible.
Availability of services Following hours:
Monday to Friday 0900 to 17.30
If your business is subject to compliance monitoring activity by Work Permit (UK) We will contact you before undertaking compliance monitoring activities at your premises. Our monitoring Officers will request permission in writing prior to entering your premises and may address system-based improvements. Risk identification and analysis provides the basis for our response.
