Job Seekers

An EEA National who enters the UK in order to seek employment and can provide evidence that they are seeking employment and has a genuine chance of being engaged in employment is classed as a Job Seeker.

Regulations state, a Jobseeker has a right to enter the UK for an initial period of three months, their family members have a right to come with them for this period. As a jobseeker you will not be required to demonstrate that you are exercising a Treaty Right in the UK during the three month period.

To apply under this status, you will need to provide evidence that you have genuinely been seeking employment; examples of this will be interview letters and letters from the Job Centres, we may be in a position to refer to such centres if you have difficulties locating them in the UK.For assistance in qualifying as a Job Seeker contact us immediately.
