Business / Entrepreneur Visas – Tier 1Under the new points based system those of you that have entered the UK on a Business Visa prior to 2007 will still qualify for settlement provided you have been on your business visa for 5 years. You do have to satisfy the Living in the UK Test.So that the BIA are satisfied that you have completed five years successfully under the Business person criteria you will be required to make an application to the BIA providing specific supporting documentation. The BIA will take into consideration profits, investments and New Employment undertaken during your previous five years in the UK. You are advised to contact us to discuss your eligibility to apply for settlement under the Business/Entrepreneur criteria of the Points Based System. |
