Fiancée permits; A fiancé(e)/proposed civil partner in this context is a person who firstly wishes to enter the UK with a view to marriage/civil partnership to a person who is either and already present and settled in the United Kingdom; or will be admitted for settlement in the UK when arriving there, and intends permanent settlement in the United Kingdom.

You will be granted initially 6 months to enter the UK and perform the marriage ceremony, after which you should apply for a spouse visa in the UK (read about this in the “Apply in the UK Section”).
